A full-service café, located on the second floor, is available for all Tenants. The hours of operation are 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
The 540 West Madison Conference Center features two conference rooms or configured as one large room accommodating up to 300 guests.
The Conference Center also has full AV capabilities, blinds, and an intimate media room, able to feature movies in a small, comfortable setting.
Electric car drivers can charge their vehicles, free of cost, while at the building. Two dual charging stations, in Lower Level 1 of the garage, allow up to four cars to simultaneously charge.
The Fitness Center, 540 Fitness, located on the 2nd floor, is exclusively for the Tenants of 540 West Madison. The locker rooms at 540 Fitness offer day lockers and spa-quality amenities such as towel service, and steam showers. Vanity areas provide complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, blow dryers, deodorant, mouthwash, cotton swabs, and body lotion.
540 West Madison offers Tenants concierge bike services from Mox Multisport. Tenants can fill out this form and return it to [email protected]. Mox Multisport then picks up your bike to complete the requested work at their shop, a block away.

The Roof Garden is on the 6th Floor at 540 West Madison. Weather permitting, accessible to tenants from May until September from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Smoking is not allowed on the Roof Garden.
The 6th Floor Roof Garden is available to rent for private events M-F after 4:00 pm.
Onsite car wash services, from Shine Car Special, are available to Tenants parking at 540 West Madison. Services range from menu items such as hand washes, waxing, interior detailing, floor mat cleaning, leather treatment, vinyl Armor All treatments, and engine cleaning. Customers may also purchase complete detail or hand wax packages. Shine Car Special is on the Lower Level 2 of the parking garage.

540 West Madison has opened up a temporary Tenant Lounge on the lobby level at the Madison Street entrance. Take a break to play a game of ping-pong or meet friends there for lunch.

Parking is only open to Tenants that have contacted ABM Parking and completed the form. ABM Parking will issue and maintain access cards and clearances.
Authorized Tenants are prohibited from using their access cards to allow non-authorized individuals into the garage.
