Group Fitness Classes

Restorative Yoga
Restore, renew and re-energize. This class is designed to release tension and chronic stress through relaxation.

Power Yoga
Move through a variety of standing balancing, back bending and hip opening postures that will build your strength and increase your flexibility.

Total Body Fitness
This class incorporates strength and endurance exercises, including interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training.

20/20/20
Maximize your workout with 20 minutes of cardio, strength and core for a very efficient, total body workout.

This intense, high-energy class delivers four different circuits consisting of cardio, core and strength work. Movements are non-stop and recovery time is limited. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are available. Ready, set, you are going to sweat!

This high intensity workout is designed to increase aerobic and anaerobic capacity, enhance power production and develop overall strength.
