Group Fitness Classes

Athlete Recovery Yoga

Focusing on rolling and trigger point therapy, foam rollers and lacrosse balls are applied to areas where muscle tension and stress live. Vinyasa Flow is integrated into class structure to lead you peak pose and stimulate energy to embrace the rest of the week head on.

Restorative Yoga

Experience an alignment focused yoga sequence utilizing props such as yoga blocks, exercise balls, bolsters, and straps to fully support your body and quiet your mind. Meditative format with essential oils, affirmations, and breath work applied.

“Rock Your Core” Yoga

Power Vinyasa sequencing will be utilized to heat the body and prepare you for core strengthening sequences and postures.  Empowerment is the essence of this class.

Power Vinyasa

Sun Salutation A’s & B’s are interwoven throughout class along with energetic sequencing, upbeat music, and positive instruction.

Total Body Fitness

This class incorporates treadmill workouts, strength and endurance exercises, including interval cardiovascular routines, mobility and strength training.
